If Chairs Could Talk

|
Most organizations struggle with communication. It is often listed as the No. 1 problem executives have in leading their businesses. This session will provide a highly interactive process that will reveal your key communication indicators. This process allows people to experience the realities of organizational communication and connect their different roles to situations and flows of communication. Each person will learn what choices and opportunities for improvement they have based on the different roles and situations they find themselves in.

Optional Post-Conference Event: 2-Hour UTV Scenic Guided Tour (separate ticketed event)

The guided utility task vehicle tour will ride up into the mountains out of Wasatch Mountain State Park, which offers magnificent views over the Heber Valley. There will be four seats per vehicle. Helmets, goggles and bandanas are included in your tour. You will get dirty on your tour, so please wear appropriate clothing for the weather.
Attendees will leave the hotel at 1:45 p.m. and return to the hotel by 6 p.m.
There are no refunds for minor weather conditions. If we deem the weather too dangerous to safely embark on the tour, we will try to reschedule your tour or refunds may be issued at that time.
The deadline to sign up is July 1, 2024.
Cost will be confirmed once we determine final numbers, but it is expected to be $150-200 per person including round-trip transportation.
